Droid X has landed and comparisons with its competitors have begun already. The first in the list to be compared with Verizon’s Droid X is its own Android brother, Sprint’s HTC EVO 4G. Even though there is a gap of a month in their launch, both the devices have gained popularity among smartphone lovers. But, deciding on the phone to buy is tough considering the promotion and hype surrounding each device. So a Motorola Droid X vs HTC Evo 4G comparison of features is in order.

When added with the earlier news that people had a second thought in going to purchase iPhone 4 in the light of the device’s antenna faults, Apple has some reasons to be scared about the sales of its new product.

Apple’s primary response to consumers, who notified iPhone 4’s reception problems, has so far been judged to be arrogant. Apple suggested people not to hold their devices at its lower left corner, or to use a rubber case called bumper so as to escape from signal missing problem.

The biggest pull of HTC EVO phone is that it’s the first and only mobile phone running on 4G network, but it compromises the battery severly, experts say. Compared to AT&T, experts say sometimes in certain places Sprint’s 3G network runs faster. EVO charges $30 a month to turn into a Wi-Fi hub, connecting up to eight devices, while iPhone 4 connect up to five devices via Bluetooth at $20 per month.
